You Didn’t Think We Loved them Too?

I want to share what my members are experiencing inside the Purple Healing membership and how this space is evolving.

We’ve made a few beautiful shifts this month. Instead of doing four meditations, we now offer two guided meditations each month—one is 10 minutes, the other is 20 minutes. We also meet on Zoom three times a month for a live energy forecast and to do the meditations together.

Alongside that, I offer daily card pulls so we’re all moving through the month with intention and guidance. Each month, we’re led by a higher energetic presence. Last month, we worked with Archangel Gabriel and focused on using our voice. This month, we’re being guided by Green Tara, the goddess of salvation.

Salvation, in this context, is about self-compassion, compassion for others and action. It’s not just about sitting in forgiveness or spiritual love. It’s about knowing when to speak up, set boundaries, and take action, especially when someone is hurting you or you are hurting yourself. Green Tara teaches that compassion doesn’t mean we let others mistreat us just because we love them. We’re still responsible for protecting ourselves and doing what’s right. That includes the inner dialogue you have with yourself, the harsh critique that hurts you.

As I guide my members through this, I go through it too. I’m not above the healing, I’m in it with them. And that’s what makes this work so meaningful. We’re in this together.

Green Tara brought up something personal for me this month, something I had to feel to really understand. She brought me back to when I was around 12 years old, stuck in a painful, unsafe situation. I didn’t know how to get out. I was too young to save myself. She showed me how the universe intervened, providing salvation for me and my brother to be freed.

I felt so many emotions like gratitude, relief, and also a deep, lingering anger toward the person who hurt me.

And then Green Tara said something that caught me completely off guard.
She said: “You didn’t think we loved them too?”

At first, I was shocked. What do you mean you loved them too? They hurt me.
But she continued:
“We love the one who harmed, and the one who was harmed. Our love isn’t divided. We do not choose one over the other. We love unconditionally.”

That was the moment something shifted inside me.

I realized I’d been holding on to a belief that if I forgave them, or had compassion, it meant I was excusing what they did. But Green Tara showed me that forgiveness doesn’t mean staying in pain. Compassion doesn’t mean silence. It means letting go so we can be free. We’re not meant to carry the weight of what happened forever. We’re meant to heal and sometimes that means releasing the grip anger has on us.

I’ve known this intellectually for years. But now, I could feel it. And that’s what this month is about, feeling our way through healing. Learning how to hold compassion for ourselves, for our younger selves, and even for the ones who caused us pain.

Most of my members have gone through intense trauma or painful childhoods. They’re intuitive, sensitive, and spiritually connected but many don’t feel safe in their bodies. Their nervous systems are overwhelmed. So this month, we’re focused on grounding, heart healing, and reclaiming our presence in the body.

I’ve also noticed little signs from Spirit that I’m aligned with this work. I’ve been wearing more rose quartz, and a dear friend recently gifted me a rose quartz ring, right on time.

Rose quartz is the stone of the heart.
It holds the energy of unconditional love, softness, and emotional healing, qualities that align deeply with Green Tara’s vibration. She works through the heart, not just to comfort, but to empower us to love fiercely and act wisely. Rose quartz reminds us that healing doesn’t always have to be hard, it can also be gentle, tender, and full of grace.

So if you’re moving through forgiveness, softening, learning how to take up space again, or simply remembering who you are— remember to have compassion for yourself and others because your higher power feels the same way.

Love you!
