Primal & Spiritual Birth

9 months ago, I was asked by a dear friend to be present during her second birth & facilitate energy healing. I said yes not knowing how this request was personal and special. 

9 months later, last night, I experienced the tumultuous and intense energy of a soul incarnating in this world through my dear friend’s body. It was primal and sacred; divine female energy in action. The energy shifted to the point where I couldn't breath. I felt a portal open and saw harmonizing energies balance for the arrival of the soul. Elders, Ancients and Ancestors surrounded and shared their energetic experiences with her. And every time she pushed, they were helping her push with more ease and trust. As she forgot the audience in the room ( 3 midwives, Reiki Master/friend and husband, LOL) she finally let out her animal cries plus a few cuss words. It was primal, animalistic yet natural. Every time she yelled and screamed, it allowed for a bigger opening. And finally, with one more push, the baby was born. It was an amazing moment to witness as I shed tears in gratitude for the privilege to see this new soul incarnate. As the baby was being held by my dear friend, I silently said to myself, “Welcome, dear soul. May you have experiences that shape you into the purposeful being that you are.” It was truly a beautiful experience to watch the birthing process. By the way, her active labor was 3 hours! She kicked ass, this warrior queen! 

I share this experience with you because I want to remind you that your very existence was not by chance but for purpose. Never forget that you matter and that you have something to share in this world!
